We want you to love TextElixir. If you're not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or most recent renewal date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all TextElixir purchases. To request a refund:
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via paddle.net. After cancellation, you'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
