How to Request a Refund

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. To request a refund:

• Email us at support@textelixir.com from the address you used to purchase, and we'll help you submit the request.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Canceling Future Renewals

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account page on TextElixir. After cancellation, you'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
